This is part of a women only, residential yoga retreat run by fellow female Founder Laura Bell of the multi award winning company, The Zest Life.

During this weekend long retreat at Laura's family home Plas Ashpool you will have the opportunity to take part in beautiful yoga flows to relax your body and calm your mind. You will enjoy delicious, plant based meals, and have the opportunity to enjoy woodland walks, or explore the hills further afield.

George is delighted to have been invited to deliver a fully immersive, 3 hour, natural skincare session at The Source, our 400 year old workshop, which nestles in the foothills of The Clwydian Range.
