Bought this wonder balm in Narbeth a few days ago - I live with fibromyalgia and have had the displeasure of a frozen shoulder for 2+ years with no sign of it shifting. I’ve tried various balms and oils with little to no effect over the years, so while I hoped this would be the answer I wasn’t overly convinced I’d stumbled across anything more than another pot to be relegated to the not-so-prime position of “handbag filler” . How wrong could I have been?! A few nights of using this and I’ve been able to sleep without being conscious of my frozen shoulder, with the soothing effects lasting well into the morning of the next day. Truly flabbergasted at how good Jones The Bones is and praying to the balm gods that you never discontinue this. Will be repeat buying and recommending to anyone and everyone with joint and muscle problems.

I bought my mum sone Jones the bones balm to help with her arthritis and joints pain … she is a women of a certain era and even though she thanked me , she didn’t hold out much hope .. comments around “ I’m fine , I will just get on with it etc etc …

I’ve given it some time since using this product in order to be able to review it properly. I met George at a trade show and she gave me a trial pot of the balm. I have since ordered a large pot and the massage oil. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis pain in my arms, hands and neck. I have noticed a definite improvement in my symptoms when using the products. I have now started carrying the balm with me and using it whilst at work (nhs) to get quick relief from the horrible burning pain I can suffer from. I’ve no idea why the balm works, but it really does. I don’t believe in miracle cures, but can honestly recommend this as a product for providing symptom relief. I just wish George lived nearer as I think her knowledge as an osteopath would be well worth an appointment!

I tried this balm on my knee and ankle joints after experiencing prolonged pain after exercise. Apart from smelling great and making my skin feel really soft, the balm definitely helped ease my pains. Miraculous balm. I've had chronic pain in my foot for years, following breaking my metatarsal bones and lisfranc & cuboid injury. Also, get plantar fasciitis flareups. Once I apply this balm, I can feel it getting to work immediately- warm and tingly- and the pain just goes. it's so nice to be pain free. Only need a little too, so very economical. The 'Cafe at The Source' is well worth a visit. Lovely food and nice coffee, housed in an amazing cruck barn.

This is an absolutely excellent 'aches and pains' balm. In my opinion even better than the oil. I use the oil in the morning after my shower and carry the balm around with me in my bag for if my shoulder plays up.
