HOW TO USE:
A lovely comforting product to use when you are feeling run down, gently massage a small amount on your chest, throat or back. Maybe pop some on a hanky, so you can inhale it throughout the day.
At night it makes a lovely gentle inhalation. Melt a teaspoon of the salve in a bowl of recently boiled water, drip a towel over your head to capture the aromatic steam and inhale.
Take care when using hot water. Supervise young children.
