Join us in the wonderful atmosphere of The Source, a grade II listed Cruck Framed Barn and the home of Bathing Beauty, a multi-award winning B Corp certified local Welsh skincare brand!

During the day, our Tutor Ellen, founder of Firth Flock Flowers will guide you through each step of creating a 5 foot seasonal garland using flowers she has grown and dried on the sustainable flower farm just 6 miles away, along with a wide selection of fresh, locally sourced foliage.

There will be a vast array of dried flowers to choose from, including bright focal flowers, delicate fillers and gorgeous textural elements such as grasses and seed pods.

Ellen will also have an ample supply of silk and biodegradable ribbon to add to your garland to give it that extra special look!

We will share a delicious seasonal supper under the beams of this ancient barn created. Enjoying warm seasonal food and a delicious pudding, paired with mulled apple juice or a hot drink. Plant-based or gluten-free options are available; please let us know when you book if you have any dietary requirements. 

George, the founder of Bathing Beauty, will then take you through using her all natural essential oil Room Aromas to add a signature scent to your garlands. You will be able to choose from two scents, and you will have a bottle of Bathing Beauty Room Aroma to take home and refresh your garland throughout the festive season

During the evening Ellen will share her story about her sustainable flower farm (and award winning flock of pedigree Black Welsh Mountain Sheep)

She will share her secrets for sustainable floristry when decorating at Christmas and how to dress your tables so they look their best, sharing tips for doing this at home on a smaller scale.
