We hope you’ll love your order from Bathing Beauty which we have hand made for you. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns at The Source 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase/invoice note. 

Refunds 

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back with our No Quibble Refund. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the products in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

What do I do if I have a damaged item in my parcel? 

We take great care in packaging our parcels and aim to be as environmentally responsible as possible. Occasionally though, accidents happen. 

If you receive a damaged parcel please photograph it and contact us so we can investigate for you. Please email bathingbeautyorders@gmail.com .

If the goods are damaged, please return them to us and we will refund or replace it. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

What do I do if the item is not the one I ordered? 

We apologise if we have accidently shipped you the wrong product. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter.

You will need to return the item to us for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we have shipped you the wrong item. Otherwise shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
