HOW TO USE:

Sock Foot Salve:

Massage a small amount onto your feet every night, at bedtime.  Pay special attention to areas of dryness, heels and nailbeds.

Pop Fizzy Foot Sachets:

Add 1 sachet  to a warm bowl of water.   Soak your feet for at least 10 minutes. If necessary use a natural pumice to gently buff away hard skin.  For a more intensive treatment apply our award winning Sock Foot Salve
